The podcast about mental health in the artistic process was the brainchild of Alan Powell, a former director who now focuses on actor wellbeing in performance. Powell also hosts along with Bill Key, A UK-based therapist and former actor.  Since beginning the podcast among its international guests Canadian actors Wendy Crewson, Marcia Johnson, Jani Lauzon & Kate Drummond (to name a few) have been very candid about their wellbeing journeys.
